Jeff Phillips Departs Best In The Desert
Best In The Desert’s race operations manager, Jeff Phillips, has announced his departure from the off-road racing organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada.
“While Jeff and the entire Phillips family will be missed by our staff, we understand that life often brings opportunities to do other things. We understand this is the case, and we all wish Jeff and his family nothing but the best,” a BITD press release stated.
Brothers Bryan and Daryl Folks—sons of BITD founder Casey Folks—will handle the day-to-day operations and serve as co-race directors, including for the 2022 Method Race Wheels “Casey Folks” Vegas to Reno Race on August 10–13.
Additional events include the 2022 Battle Born 200, September 22–25; 2022 King Shocks Laughlin Desert Classic, October 20–23; and the 2022 World Hare & Hound Championship, November 4–6.
