Adhesive Backed Heat Barrier is made up of woven silica with a flexible aluminized finish. This size is perfect for oil filters and small batteries with a cut to fit application. It can also be used as a wire connector or thermal sensor cover. 

The highly reflective surface of the material is capable of withstanding radiant temperatures up to 2000 degree F. The adhesive backed side handles direct and continuous temperatures up to 300 degree F.
