The CAN bridge unit is designed to mirror CAN data from one channel to another, each channel has the option to be configured as CAN-FD. The CAN termination resistor is selectable via software. The two CAN channels have galvanic isolation to full ruggedise the unit under fault conditions. Diagnostic messages of the unit and CAN bus are also provided.
