FIA WEC launches new streaming platform 'FIAWEC+'
The FIA World Endurance Championship's brand new streaming platform for 2026, FIAWEC+, has been launched today ahead of the start of the new season.
FIAWEC+ offers a significant overhaul of the previous FIA WEC TV offering, with new features including improved live timing functionality and access to two brand-new exclusive series for subscribers: ‘WEC Insider’ and ‘WEC Originals’.
Crucially, fans in North America can take advantage of this new service, as live streams of FIA WEC qualifying sessions and races will no longer be geo-blocked.
As was the case previously, a subscription will include live timing for all FIA WEC sessions, as well as live streaming from Free Practice 3 onwards at regular events and for every race-week session of the 24 Hours of Le Mans. The service will also host the European Le Mans Series and Michelin Le Mans Cup broadcasts, replacing last year’s YouTube distribution.
All content on FIAWEC+ can be purchased through an annual 365 Pass ($59.99) or through individual FIA WEC race passes ($11.99). The 24 Hours of Le Mans is listed at $24.99. ELMS and Le Mans Cup events can be viewed free of charge with a free login to the service.
Today’s online launch of FIAWEC+ will soon be followed by the release of an app on Android and Apple devices.
