IMSA charts upward audience trajectory, record crowd at Sebring
IMSA has announced an all-time attendance record for the Mobil 1 Twelve Hours of Sebring, with over 115,000 attendees across four days for this year’s 74th running of the historic event. This follows a purported record attendance for the Rolex 24 At Daytona, which drew over 180,000 spectators across the four-day race meeting in January.
Over one million viewers tuned in to watch this year’s Twelve Hours of Sebring live, with a 37 percent increase in domestic streaming viewership on Peacock, and a 23 percent increase in international viewership on the official IMSA YouTube channel, IMSA.tv, and linear television through distributor Greenlight International.
“The momentum behind IMSA has never been stronger,” said IMSA President John Doonan. “From a record-setting crowd at Sebring to continued growth across broadcast, streaming and digital platforms, these results reflect the passion of our fans, the strength of our partners and teams, and the global appeal of sports car racing.
“As we head into the heart of the 2026 season, we’re encouraged by the trajectory of the championship and excited about what’s ahead.”
The IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship returns with the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach on April 18, airing live in the U.S. on network NBC and Peacock.
