PREMA Racing teams up wwith Dynisma for advanced simulator

Dynisma has entered an agreement with PREMA Racing to supply the Italian racing team with its advanced simulator technology to bolster its diverse racing activities.

The Dynisma Motion Generators (DMGs) have redefined simulator standards for ultra-low latency and bandwidth. The advancements have been honed in motorsports, including Formula 1.

Situated in the Veneto region of Italy, PREMA Racing currently engages in prominent junior single-seater racing categories, including FIA Formula 2, FIA Formula 3, Formula Regional, Formula 4 and the F1 Academy. Notably, PREMA Racing recently formed an alliance with Lamborghini Iron Lynx for participation in the FIA World Endurance Championship and IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship.

PREMA Racing is set to harness the capabilities of the customized DMG-1 simulator for both vehicle development and driver training. The simulator’s versatility extends to optimizing race setups for a diverse range of tracks. It will also aid in accelerating the development of PREMA’s race cars for the upcoming 2024 season.

René Rosin, team principal PREMA Racing, said, “Simulation technology is a key aspect of motorsports operations on multiple levels. Our foundation is about training young generations of drivers to help them develop their skills and become true professionals. But simulation has also become pivotal in terms of race car development, both from a setup standpoint and for a wide range of all-around projects. By partnering Dynisma, we want to make a step forward in all areas, and we identified the DMG-1 simulator as the ideal choice to accomplish our goals.”

“Dynisma’s mission has always been to create the world’s most immersive simulators, with the highest bandwidth and lowest latency possible,” said Ashley Warne, Dynisma CEO. “I am delighted we have agreed this relationship with PREMA Racing and am looking forward to seeing them leverage our world-leading technologies to optimize car setups and give drivers more preparation given limited track time in the coming racing seasons.”
