PURFUELS E-FREE GAS NOW AVAILABLE IN CONNECTICUT
Connecticut will now have access to ethanol-free gasoline again.
December 13, 2024, North Haven, Connecticut: Hyperfuels is pleased to announce that the Transflo North Haven Transload Terminal now has supplies of PurFuels 93 Octane Premium reformulated gasoline available for loading. The gasoline is EPA compliant for RFG areas and is street legal.
The gasoline uses Isobutanol as a substitute for ethanol, creating a fully hydrophobic fuel that repels water and does not absorb atmospheric moisture. It has been endorsed by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) since 2015.
ValvTect and Slipstream have verified the compatibility of their additives with this gasoline.
Notably, this is the sole ethanol-free gasoline that is street legal for sale at marinas, gas stations, and convenience stores.
Furthermore, PurFuels ® ethanol-free gasoline can be dispensed from E85 gas pumps. Inquiries from petroleum distributors are invited.
