PURFUELS E-FREE GAS NOW AVAILABLE IN MARYLAND
Maryland will now have new access to ethanol-free gasoline.
January 22, 2025, Baltimore City, Maryland: Hyperfuels announced that the Canton Railroad Transload Terminal now has supply of PurFuels® 93 Octane premium reformulated gasoline available for loading. The gasoline is EPA compliant for RFG areas and is street legal.
The gasoline uses Isobutanol to replace ethanol to produce gasoline that is fully hydrophobic, repels water, and does not absorb moisture from the atmosphere. Purfuels® has been endorsed by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) since 2015.
Several premium marine fuel additives have approved the use of their additives in this gasoline, enhancing its performance and broadening its appeal, namely Slipstream and ValvTect. Most importantly, this is the only ethanol-free gasoline that is street legal to be sold at marinas, gas stations, and convenience stores.
Most notably, PurFuels® ethanol-free gasoline can be dispensed from E85 gas pumps, and by offering multiple octane levels, the gasoline can be used in typical blender dispensers as regular, mid- grade, and premium gasoline. Inquiries from petroleum distributors are invited.
