Race Winning Brands Makes Moves to Help Customers Win

Race Winning Brands (RWB), a leading manufacturer of high-performance components for the automotive and powersports markets, announced today a significant organizational structuring change of its business to better serve its customers. This move is the result of extensive analysis of customer feedback gathered through daily interactions, events, and customer meetings.

"Our customers are at the heart of everything we do," said David Buckley, CEO of Race Winning Brands. "This restructuring reflects our commitment to providing the best possible experience for our business partners, passionate racers and performance enthusiasts who rely on our products." To create a more focused customer experience, RWB has created five distinct business units, each concentrated on a specific market segment and each with its own respective internal leader:

• Auto (Engine, Air Intake, Exhaust): Led by Craig Stark, President.

• Auto (Transmission): Led by Craig Stark, President.

• Power Sports: Led by Sean Brown, President.

• Electronics & Data: Led by Nathan Clark, President.

• eBusiness & Distribution: Led by Dan Seligson, President. These business units, supported by robust engineering and manufacturing capabilities, will ensure the best in customer service, development and delivery of innovative products tailored to the unique needs of each segment.

"This new structure will allow us to be more agile, responsive, and customer-centric," commented David Buckley. "We are confident that this will translate into greater success for our customers, whatever their goals may be." To further support these business structure updates, RWB has enhanced its leadership with internal promotions and new talent.

Nick DiBlasi has been promoted to Vice President of Product Management and Scott Highland to Vice President of Marketing & Strategy. Additionally, John Wilkinson will be joining RWB as its Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Jeff Gilette will join the team as Vice President of Continuous Improvement. "We are excited about the future of Race Winning Brands," said Scott Highland, VP of Marketing & Strategy.

"With this talented team in place, we are well-positioned to continue our legacy of innovation with iconic brands, helping our customers achieve their business and racing goals."
