The "Racing Goes Safer", free Safety Seminar is coming to the Acura Grand Prix of Long Beach, Saturday April 15th. Special Guest: Jacky Ickx – Legendary six-time Le Mans victor, Can-Am champion, the runner-up in the 1969 and 1970 Formula 1 World Championships for Brabham and Ferrari, twice World Endurance champion and Paris-Dakar winner will tell stories of daring and dangers in those times.
Special Topic: Electric Vehicle Racing Safety – Presented by engineer, trackside fireman, and battery safety researcher Eric Huhn, who will cover the basics for racers, tech officials, and track safety workers to protect themselves around this new technology.
