TURN 14 DISTRIBUTION EXPANDS ITS ROADIE SAME-DAY DELIVERY SERVICE AT ALL DISTRIBUTION CENTERS
Turn 14 Distribution, the industry leader in performance parts distribution, has expanded its Roadie Same-Day Delivery service area to 100 miles at all four distribution centers.
"The expansion of Roadie Same-Day Delivery underscores Turn 14 Distribution's continued commitment to outstanding service," said Mike Hall, Vice President of Operations at Turn 14 Distribution. "Having nearly immediate access to Turn 14 Distribution's inventory presents a competitive advantage to our network of dealers, jobbers, and retailers within the service radius. We're excited to expand this innovative service to a wider area."
Roadie is a shipping service similar to Uber Eats or DoorDash. When Turn 14 Distribution receives an order with the Roadie Same-Day Delivery option selected, a driver comes to pick it up at the warehouse and delivers it directly to the shipping address the same day, in a single trip. The latest update to this service expands the delivery radius from 30 miles to 100 miles, including nearly 3,000 zip codes. Additionally, larger single items are now eligible for Roadie, up to 70 lbs and 80” long. Through the use of Roadie, Turn 14 Distribution’s dealers within the service radius will benefit from improved efficiency and convenience.
