Professional Racing Simulator
9 motion motors with suspension motors for body angle, bumps, and suspension compression. Dual traction loss yaw motors with predictive slip so the driver can feather the line of traction with instantaneous reaction surge for acceleration and braking. Inside the car is a driver tensing system with an additional 4 motors, this system contorts the drivers body based on gforce telemetry data and gives the driver instant cues needed to feel the car. 2 motors on the harness independently move under braking and cornering.
20' long triple projection curved screen that goes back 5.5' to completely encase the car for a real life perspective.
Counterbalance system that allows the whole simulator to move with only 25 pounds of force in any direction allowing the motors to react with precise timing and all the finest details that are usually lost when trying to move a large mass are able to shine through.
Emphasis on preventing race driver motion sickness. These types of simulators inherently cause drivers to get nauseous if timing or motion isn't in sync. This simulator delivers small but extremely forceful cue jolts and moves the car body to sync with only what is actually happening then the driver tensing system gives the driver forces they'd expect when driving hard and on the limit.
Custom built chassis with NASCAR K&N body the simulator and motion bases beneath it weigh 2500 lbs
Full data lab up front with live telemetry, VBOX data logger, also telemetry for suspension data and every driver input imaginable. Additional telemetry screens that record separate cores of tire data for chassis setup or training a driver to save tires. Recording of real world live and digital views with server system to allow remote engineers to work with driver from anywhere.
Digitally encrypted Racing Radios communication system with recording.
Built inside a custom race trailer to completely isolate the training sessions from any outside distractions and climate controlled. Also transportable to race events for extra onsite practice.
