Turbo Tuff® Tri-Beam Rod For 5.2L Lamborghini & Audi V-10
Given that “Supercars” are often subject to power upgrades, Manley Performance has developed a robust new addition to its Turbo Tuff® Tri-Beam connecting rod lineup that’s engineered for 2,000+ horsepower applications in the 5.2L V-10 engine found in Lamborghini Gallardo, Huracan and Audi R8 & S6 cars.
Forged from 300M steel, the rod features a distinctive ribbed design on the cap, beam and pin end to enhance structural integrity. Large radius cap corners with a shallow bolt spot face improves crank-end fatigue strength. Wrist pin oiling holes are placed at 10:00 and 2:00 to improve pin lubrication.
Manufactured entirely in the U.S., from forging to final machining, they are shot-peened to MIL spec and 100% individually magnafluxed. Both ARP2000 (220,000 psi) and premium ARP Custom Age 625+ (260,000 psi tensile strength nominal rating) rod bolts are available.
