Wegner Automotive is proud to present the "Weekend Warrior" LS 427 Dirt Engine! The 427 Weekend Warrior is the spec motor of choice in the Modified Class for the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series fueled by Sonoco. This turnkey race engine was engineered with a hydraulic roller cam to make for a durable, low maintenance set up, while the 750+ HP/625 TQ package offers the competitive edge needed to lead the pack and set new records. Each engine is dyno tested in house, and is the affordable way to go modified racing in the STSS. During the 2023 season, the Weekend Warrior powered multiple drivers to victories and top five finishes. The popularity of the engine continues to grow, and we are excited to see this package help racers compete in 2024 and beyond!
