NEW BMW CONTROL ARM BEARINGS
Performance suspension manufacturer MOTON Suspension Technology has expanded its offerings of passionately engineered suspension components by releasing its monoball control arm bearings to the public. At launch, the components are available for a variety of chassis applications, including the E9X, F8X, G20 3-Series, and the G8X. These new products are available at Turn 14 Distribution, the exclusive North American Distributor for MOTON.
MOTON’s anodized, billet aluminum control arm bearings replace the soft, factory rubber bushings. The solid metal bearings are a direct-fit upgrade that sharpen steering response and more directly transmit feedback from the tires to the driver’s fingertips. The bearing design has gradually matured over five years and thousands of track miles through the Netherland’s BMW Racing Cup series. There, each M240i Racing entry runs a combination of AST Suspension coilovers and the MOTON control arm bearings. The involvement ensures this MOTON component is both motorsport-worthy, but also robust enough for mixed usage on the street and track.
