Each rod undergoes multi-stage heat treatment, sonic testing, and Xray inspection to ensure strength and quality. Shot-peened and polished surface removes pits and inclusions to maximize fatigue strength. Big end sizing is held to exact tolerances using Sunnen Krossgrinding equipment.
