This coating process, which is Mil-C-5541 Type I and II compliant, functions through the immersion of parts into a rack or barrel acid chamber. Parts are then air-dry cured and tested to ensure acceptable quality. Clear or yellow coatings are possible on parts ¼” to 10′ in size. Post-processing can add PTFE, grit blasted surfaces, or custom masking as needed.
Singular or large runs of products can be processed by this cutting-edge coating approach. Anodization takes place within an ISO 9001:2008 facility and is also RoHS compliant.
