Dario Marrafuschi appointed head of motorsport at Pirelli

Dario Marrafuschi took over as head of Pirelli’s motorsport business unit on March 1, succeeding Mario Isola, who will support the transition until July 1 before leaving the company.

Marrafuschi, who joined Pirelli in 2008, has extensive Formula 1 R&D experience and recently led the development of the company’s road products. Like his predecessor, he will report to Giovanni Tronchetti Provera, executive vice president of sustainability, new mobility and motorsport.
