Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame introduces Future Legends Scholarship Program
The Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame (ORMHOF) proudly introduces the Future Legends Scholarship Program, a new initiative created to recognize, encourage, and invest in the people who will shape the future of off-road motorsports.
For decades, the off-road community has been built by innovators, racers, fabricators, storytellers, volunteers, and advocates who dedicated their lives to growing the sport and protecting its future. The Future Legends Scholarship Program continues that legacy by providing financial support to emerging talent whose passion, creativity, and commitment will inspire the next generation of enthusiasts.
During its inaugural year, ORMHOF will award five scholarships totaling $25,000, recognizing and promoting excellence in media, advocacy, and technical education.

Scholarship Opportunities
- Media Scholarships (2 Awards – $5,000 Each) Designed for aspiring photographers, filmmakers, journalists, content creators, and digital storytellers, these scholarships recognize individuals who use creative media to capture the excitement, history, and culture of off-road motorsports. Scholarship recipients will also have the opportunity to document an official ORMHOF event, with travel and event expenses provided separately by ORMHOF.
- Advocacy Scholarships (2 Awards – $5,000 Each) Recognizes individuals and organizations working to protect public land access, promote responsible recreation, educate new enthusiasts, and strengthen the future of the off-road community.
- Fab School Scholarship (1 Award – $5,000) Provides financial assistance toward professional fabrication training, helping develop the next generation of builders, welders, mechanics, engineers, and innovators.
Eligibility
Applicants for the Media and Fab School scholarships must be between the ages of 18 and 35. Advocacy scholarships are open to individuals within that age range as well as nonprofit organizations and community groups whose work supports the off-road community.
Application Period
Applications will be accepted August 1-31, 2026 followed by a review and selection period. Scholarship recipients will be announced and recognized during the Off-Road Motorsports Hall of Fame Gala in November 2026.
